Shipping Policy

Thanks for shopping Kova. Here's everything you need to know about how your order gets to you.

Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States only, including all 50 states. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Options and Rates

Standard Shipping: Free Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days from the day your order ships.

Expedited Shipping: $5 Delivery typically takes 2-3 business days from the day your order ships.

You can select your preferred shipping option at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, occasionally shipments may be delayed due to weather, carrier issues, or high order volume. We appreciate your patience and will do everything we can to keep you informed.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Kova is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order, please contact the carrier first to file a claim. If you need additional support, reach out to us at support@wearkova.co and we'll do our best to help.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at support@wearkova.co and we'll do our best to update it before the order ships.
